VINIFICATION
Grown 10km north of Wellington on the western side of the R44, our four carefully selected cultivars thrive in ideal terroir conditions. Traditional winemaking methods shape this blend, with fermentation taking place in open fermenters, where regular punch-downs enhance extraction and complexity.
After gentle pressing with a classic basket press, the wine matures for 12 months, partially in new oak barrels, adding depth and refinement. The result is an elegantly structured blend, showcasing rich dark fruit and tobacco notes that flow into a velvety palate with a well-rounded, lingering finish.
