Throughout his 25 vintages, Winemaker James McKenzie has learned – that minimal intervention in the cellar allows the grapes to speak for themselves. At Snow Mountain, we believe in the power of nature and its ability to shape exceptional wines.

Through natural fermentations and the employment of traditional methods, we honour the authenticity of the winemaking process. Our wines undergo subtle oak maturation, allowing the essential components of colour, flavour, aroma, and texture to stand out.
