Produced from beautiful old vines, growing high up in the hills above The Cape. Fermented and aged in the simplest old method. This wine exhibits everything that is great about Chenin Blanc.

VINIFICATION
This Chenin has been produced from a tiny crop of specially selected grapes, created tones of dried apples and banana. Ageing in French Oak barrels developed flavours of honey and almonds.
